    Na Astrologia, os eclipses solares e lunares simbolizam acontecimentos que exigem a nossa atenção e que frequentemente marcam pontos de viragem significativos, tanto a nível individual como coletivo. Em muitos casos, estes ciclos refletem-se também em grandes acontecimentos e transformações que deixam uma marca na história. 

    Nesta palestra, aprenderemos a utilizar os eclipses solares e lunares como ferramentas de previsão de eventos importantes da vida. Serão igualmente exploradas as formas de acompanhar a evolução desses acontecimentos através do Ciclo de Saros, do Ciclo Metónico e da análise dos trânsitos planetários. 

    Uma abordagem prática e aprofundada que permitirá compreender como estes ciclos celestes se interligam, revelando padrões temporais fundamentais para a interpretação e previsão astrológica.

    Biografia

    Rod Chang estuda astrologia há mais de trinta anos e já palestrou em diversas conferências internacionais na Polônia, Reino Unido, Portugal, China, Japão e Austrália. Rod também foi convidado várias vezes para lecionar no curso de verão da Faculty of Astrological Studies em Oxford.

    Seus temas favoritos são estrelas fixas, cometas, astrologia mundial, astrologia financeira, astronomia e astrocartografia (astromapas), adotando uma abordagem humanística em relação à astrologia.

    Rod é cofundador da Academy of Astrology. Seu novo livro, “Comet in Astrology”, vem recebendo críticas positivas. Além disso, Rod apresenta podcasts no Instagram e no canal do YouTube AOAUK1..

    In Astrology, solar and lunar eclipses symbolize events that demand our attention and frequently mark significant turning points, both on an individual and collective level. In many cases, these cycles are also reflected in major events and transformations that leave a lasting mark on history.

    In this lecture, we will learn how to use solar and lunar eclipses as tools to forecast major life events. We will also explore ways to track the unfolding of these events through the Saros Cycle, the Metonic Cycle, and the analysis of planetary transits.

    A practical and in-depth approach that will allow for an understanding of how these celestial cycles interconnect, revealing fundamental time patterns for astrological interpretation and forecasting.

    Biography

    Rod Chang has been studying astrology for over thirty years and has spoken at various international conferences in Poland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, China, Japan, and Australia. Rod has also been invited several times to teach at the Faculty of Astrological Studies Summer School in Oxford.

    His favorite topics are fixed stars, comets, mundane astrology, financial astrology, astronomy, and astrocartography (astro maps), adopting a humanistic approach to astrology.

    Rod is the co-founder of the Academy of Astrology. His new book, “Comet in Astrology,” has been receiving positive reviews. In addition, Rod hosts podcasts on Instagram and on the YouTube channel AOAUK1.
