O Início Real da Crise: A investigação prova que os primeiros sinais de crise e transformação não começam apenas na conjunção exata do planeta, mas sim no momento em que Saturno em trânsito cruza a cúspide da Casa Astrológica onde está localizado no mapa natal.
Independente da Casa, o Trabalho Chama: Saturno está intrinsecamente ligado à nossa estrutura profissional. O estudo revelou que, independentemente da casa onde o planeta se encontre, ocorrem sempre grandes marcos, conquistas ou revisões profundas na carreira e na vocação durante este trânsito.

This experiential lecture presents the Proluna technique, developed by Boris Cristoff—a lunar progression method that divides life into 7-year cycles per astrological house over a total period of 84 years. Following a brief theoretical foundation of the technique and its application in medical astrology, the audience is invited to calculate, through a guided process, their own current age house and identify its ruling planet and sign.
From this personal calculation, health patterns and vulnerabilities associated with each decade of life are explored together and illustrated with case studies, allowing each participant to locate their present moment within the 84-year cycle and anticipate future trends. The session concludes with a reflection on the preventive value of this reading, integrating it into a functional health approach.
Biography
An international reference in Astrology and Integrative Therapies, with over two decades of dedication to human development. Holding an ISAR CAP international certification, she is the founder and President of ASPAS (Portuguese Association of Astrology) and former ISAR Global Director.
Author of 12 books, she stands out for her pioneering work in creating the Gestational Memory (Memória da Gestação) method (integrated into the Meridian Gold Software). Her transdisciplinary approach unites science and spirituality, combining Astrology, Holistic Psychotherapy, Systemic Constellations, Neuropsychology, and Naturopathy. A certified trainer and international speaker, she was recently awarded the European Prize for Innovative Women, guiding thousands of people in discovering their essence and life mission. She has participated in several international congresses, including their organization in Portugal.
The goddess Athena plays a subtle yet significant role in the film The Odyssey. Similarly, the asteroid Pallas Athena plays an often less subtle, yet equally important, role in each of our natal charts. This asteroid carries the complexity of a goddess who was born fully armed, yet accompanied by the owl—a symbol of wisdom.
Biography
Born in Lisbon under the sign of Gemini, she has lived a bustling life across various countries and diverse professions. Astrology has been her full-time occupation since 2001, with clients around the world. While living in the US, she completed Level IV of the NCGR-PAA certification. She has presented at several international conferences, regularly conducts workshops, and her articles have been published in The Astrological Journal of Great Britain, on the ISAR website, and on Astro.com. After returning to Portugal, she became the editor of 4 Seasons and a advisor to ASPAS, publishing the book Diário de uma Astróloga (Diary of an Astrologer) in 2015. A new book will be released in 2024.
The Horoscope as Mandala Carl Jung saw the mandala as a reflection of the true and undivided self. He identified the horoscope as a form of mandala, containing the key elements of the circle and the cross or quaternity, linking it to the symbolism of both alchemy and individuation. This talk looks at drawing the birth chart by hand as a creative, imaginative and meditative engagement. We will explore the ancient symbolism of the circle and the alchemical concept of ‘squaring the circle’ via the four angles that connect earth to sky. Into this circular ritual space, we will invite the planetary deities, each with its myths, stories, rhythms, cycles and correspondences. Engaging with our own birth chart as a mandala, and as alchemical vessel or sacred space, allows us to reconnect deeply with the living essence of who we are.
Biography Carole Taylor has been an astrologer for over 25 years, with client work and teaching at the heart of her practice. She runs the Centre for Astrology, Myth & Symbol, working alongside Brian Clark, Safron Rossi and Jason Holley. She is also co-founder of Asteria Teaching and holds an MA in Myth, Cosmology and the Sacred. Instead of asking “what does a planet mean?”, this session proposes a different approach: investigating how archetypes behave when they interact with one another. Here, Astrology is understood as a living laboratory of observation, experimentation, and discovery.
Through a series of guided experiments, participants will be invited to explore planetary archetypes by placing them in relation to one another. Using dialogues between planets, aspects, transits, and collaborative problem-solving exercises, we will discover how astrological meaning emerges from the interaction between symbols, rather than merely from their isolated interpretation.
This interactive laboratory invites each participant to step into the role of a researcher, testing familiar concepts through direct experience and paving the way for new perspectives on the timeless language of Astrology.

Rick Levine is a wizard by day, an internet addict by night, and categorically denies that time-traveling aliens have implanted microprocessors into his cerebral cortex.
Why this topic? For 26 years—since 2000—I have been tracking the correlation between the positions of Venus, as both the Morning Star and Evening Star, and political and financial crises, peace, and money, as it rules Libra and Taurus.
In 2023, I gave an initial presentation of my research at an astrology conference dedicated to Venus. Since then, my conclusions have been reinforced by the ongoing presence of very clear patterns. These demonstrate, first, how Venus consistently reveals its nature and impact whether as Day or Night star at key chronological moments in the unfolding of material and military disruptions throughout history; and second, how its preference for transits in certain signs or within its cyclical movement stands out clearly when major market crises or armed conflicts between countries occur.
Once again, the pattern repeated itself in February of this year when war broke out between the US and Iran. I am unaware of any other astrological research in this field.
The presentation draws a parallel between the movements of Venus and the most significant crises in history, from Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 1783 up to the present moment. Charts and maps support the presentation.
Biography
For over 30 years studying and 15 years writing about Astrology. With a background in Political Sociology and published works, I am particularly interested in major planetary cycles and their correlation with historical milestones, as well as how each of us fits into our Time through the individual horoscope.
In Astrology, solar and lunar eclipses symbolize events that demand our attention and frequently mark significant turning points, both on an individual and collective level. In many cases, these cycles are also reflected in major events and transformations that leave a lasting mark on history.
In this lecture, we will learn how to use solar and lunar eclipses as tools to forecast major life events. We will also explore ways to track the unfolding of these events through the Saros Cycle, the Metonic Cycle, and the analysis of planetary transits.
A practical and in-depth approach that will allow for an understanding of how these celestial cycles interconnect, revealing fundamental time patterns for astrological interpretation and forecasting.
Biography
Rod Chang has been studying astrology for over thirty years and has spoken at various international conferences in Poland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, China, Japan, and Australia. Rod has also been invited several times to teach at the Faculty of Astrological Studies Summer School in Oxford.
His favorite topics are fixed stars, comets, mundane astrology, financial astrology, astronomy, and astrocartography (astro maps), adopting a humanistic approach to astrology.
Rod is the co-founder of the Academy of Astrology. His new book, “Comet in Astrology,” has been receiving positive reviews. In addition, Rod hosts podcasts on Instagram and on the YouTube channel AOAUK1.

Biography
Wendy Stacey is the director of the Mayo School of Astrology and chair of the Astrological Association. She has written numerous articles for the ‘Astrological Journal’, ‘The Mountain Astrologer’, ‘The Career Astrologer’, and ‘The Evolving Astrologer’, with many of her articles being featured on ‘astro.com
She is the author of the books ‘Consulting with Astrology’ (2012) and ‘Uranus Square Pluto’ (2012), and contributed to the works ‘The New Generation’ (2012), ‘The Professional Astrologer’ (2016), and ‘Bitcoin’ (2018).
In 2014, Wendy received the Charles Harvey Award for “Exceptional Service to Astrology.”
Wendy is also a tutor in the Master’s program in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology at the University of Wales. She led mentoring programs for the Organisation for Professional Astrology for four years, co-taught the ethics and diversity program for ISAR, and currently coordinates a research program for the NCGR.
