Family Constellations allow hidden dynamics that influence relationships, health, and professional success to be brought to light. My goal is to offer a transformative experience focused on Systemic Astrology, also known as Astrogenealogy.

Through Systemic Astrology, the connection between astrological symbols and systemic family dynamics is explored, revealing patterns, invisible loyalties, and entanglements that can be inherited or unconsciously acquired across generations.

Understanding the natal chart through Systemic Astrology is also about understanding the soul’s journey and recognizing that by transforming our consciousness, we likewise transform the way we live and relate to ourselves, our families, and the world around us.

True transformation happens when we understand the language of the soul.

It is an experiential workshop designed to allow participants to step into their own Astrological Chart, which is represented on a large-scale cloth Zodiac. Through their body positioning and systemic dynamics, each participant will have the opportunity to experience and understand certain limiting patterns, making space for new possibilities.

This work helps shed light on the origin of many personal challenges, fostering processes of healing, liberation, and inner growth.

Biography

Arminda Mestre is an Astrologer, Systemic Constellations facilitator, and member of ASPAS – Portuguese Association of Astrology (No. 263). For over 26 years, she has dedicated herself to the study, teaching, and practice of self-knowledge, integrating Astrology and Systemic Astrology through a deep and humanistic approach. Through natal chart readings and Systemic Constellations, she helps reveal unconscious patterns, understand challenges, and awaken each individual’s potential. She believes that the true path of transformation springs from self-awareness, reconciliation with one’s roots, and connection to one’s essence. Her mission is to create spaces for reflection, awareness, and transformation—with profound respect for each person’s unique story—helping them understand their roots, reconcile with the past, and pave the way for freer, more conscious choices.

This lecture proposes a critical review of the correspondences between plants and planets presented by Nicholas Culpeper in The Complete Herbal (1652), analyzing its historical foundations and contemporary relevance. It will explore how modern phytochemistry can contribute to updating these associations, recognizing that a single plant can exhibit multiple planetary correspondences according to its different constituents and therapeutic applications.

It is aimed at astrologers interested in medical astrology and the integration of astrology, herbal medicine, and contemporary scientific knowledge.

Biography

I discovered Astrology seven years ago during a decisive moment in my personal journey, and since then I have been deepening my training and professional practice. I was self-taught until 2020, when I began the Online Astrology Program with Cláudia Lisboa. I completed the Traditional and Modern Astrology Course (Level I) with Isabel Antunes in 2022 and obtained the Professional Certification in Astrology from Faces Isabel Guimarães in 2023. In 2024, I specialized in Systemic Constellations, Astrogenealogy, and Movement of the Spheres with Enzo de Paola. In April 2025, I completed the Advanced Specialty Professional Training in Astrology at Faces Isabel Guimarães. Since 2023, I have been providing consultancy services and participating in events with ASPAS. In 2025, I published the article “Antiscia- Zodiacal Reverberations” in the astrological newspaper 4 Estações. My practice integrates both traditional and evolutionary approaches. I am also a multimedia technician and herbalist; I practice permaculture and biodynamic agriculture, and I produce herbal remedies through the Nadir Essence project.

The transit of Chiron in Taurus reveals wounds and opportunities for healing related to how we relate to the material dimension of life, with which we connect primarily through the physical body. It also serves as a reminder that the body is more than just a necessary instrument for life on the physical plane—it is the vehicle of the soul, where spirit and matter meet.

This lecture aims to explore the healing opportunities inherent in Chiron’s transit through Taurus, supported by simple exercises (body-centered and based on grounding and focusing techniques) that allow us to improve our connection to concrete reality, presence in the moment, body awareness, inner listening, self-esteem, and the perception of what holds true value.

Biography

Born in Lisbon in 1975, with the Sun in Gemini and Ascendant in Aquarius, which endowed her with a wide diversity of interests and a deep thirst for knowledge.

She holds a degree in Sociology of Work and built a career in Human Resources Management. She began developing an interest in the transpersonal realm and holistic therapies at the turn of the millennium, which was when she had her first contact with Astrology and Reiki.

In 2011, she began her study of Astrology with Luís Resina (at Espaço Salitre), completing her foundational training with him, which she has since complemented with various courses and workshops with diverse astrologers. In parallel, she attended courses in Reiki, Tarot, Numerology, and Transpersonal Development.

She has been dedicated to astrological consulting, training, and research since 2015. She is member number 156 of ASPAS.

This experiential lecture presents the Proluna technique, developed by Boris Cristoff—a lunar progression method that divides life into 7-year cycles per astrological house over a total period of 84 years. Following a brief theoretical foundation of the technique and its application in medical astrology, the audience is invited to calculate, through a guided process, their own current age house and identify its ruling planet and sign.

From this personal calculation, health patterns and vulnerabilities associated with each decade of life are explored together and illustrated with case studies, allowing each participant to locate their present moment within the 84-year cycle and anticipate future trends. The session concludes with a reflection on the preventive value of this reading, integrating it into a functional health approach.
