Politica de Devolução
A Lei nº 24/96, de 31 de Julho, (Lei de Defesa do Consumidor) estabelece o regime jurídico aplicável à defesa dos consumidores.
A partir da data de receção, o cliente dispõe de 14 dias para devolver o(s) jornal (s) recebidos desde que acompanhados da embalagem utilizada no envio e em devidas condições. Também não serão aceites devoluções, sem a fatura original, e as despesas da devolução serão ao encargo do cliente. Não se aplica estas condições no envio do E-Book do jornal.
Return Policy
Law no. 24/96, of July 31, (Consumer Protection Law) establishes the legal regime applicable to consumer protection.
From the date of receipt, the customer has 14 days to return the newspaper(s) received as long as they are accompanied by the packaging used in the shipment and in proper condition. Returns without the original invoice will not be accepted and the cost of the return will be borne by the customer. These conditions do not apply when sending the newspaper E-Book.
